We were referred to Shep by our other attorney. we met with Shep and he was very clear about the laws and strategery we might take. as the case proceeded Shep was as exact as he (again) explained as to what was or would/could happen. we ended up with the desired results. we are very thankful for hiring Shep and would easily refer him to anyone looking for legal help.
“I was falsely accused of a sexual battery. I was facing lifetime registration as a sex offender if convicted, loss of my job, and my reputation. I hired Attorney Shep Zebberman, based upon my business lawyer’s referral, just before the case went to trial. He immediately got prepared and took the case to jury trial. Thanks to attorney Zebberman’s hard work, expertise, experience and skills, I was found not guilty. Many people in the courtroom told me what an excellent job he did. Attorney Zebberman believed in me. I highly recommend attorney Shep Zebberman.â€
“I had false allegations of molestation dismissed against me without trial. I was wrongfully accused by a family members of molesting my son which I would never do. My bail was over a million dollars and I was not able to make bail and had been in jail for approximately 2 months when Mr. Zebberman took over my case. Mr. Zebberman quickly prepared the case during the preliminary hearing he was able to disprove the count against me which carried life in prison. Shortly thereafter the sexual molestation allegations were dismissed and I was released from jail. I was free and it felt so good. Mr. Zebberman prepared the case for trial but before the case went to trial the sex allegations were dismissed. Mr. Zebberman always made himself available to me. And believed in me which gave me the emotional support that I really needed during a very difficult time in my life. Mr. Zebberman was a life saverâ€.
“There are not enough words to describe Shep Zebberman’s kindness, compassion, efficiency, and professionalism. I held the highest respect for him as a person and as my lawyer. He explained my options and advised me in making the best decision. He stayed on top of my case, broke down law jargon, and told me what to expect in court. He always held a non-judgemental stance and created a trusting environment where I felt comfortable to talk. Shep Zebberman has quite an outstanding caseload, yet still managed to make me feel like I was his only clientâ€.
“Best criminal defense attorney! My father was facing 4 felony counts in federal court and Mr. Zebberman was very knowledgeable and prompt. He immediately visited him in custody and reassured him of all his positive possibilities. He made our family feel extremely confident about what was going on with the case and helped through every step of the wayâ€.
“I had a great experience with Shep. He answered all my question very quickly which is very important to me. He made my experience easy. In court he explained what was going to happen so there were not any surprises. All in all it was money well spent. I would highly recommend this lawyer and his associates to anyone! Thanks again Shep!â€
I was falsely accused of multiple counts of child molestation and facing life in prison. Attorney Shep Zebberman believed in me, was extremely responsive, always made time to meet, and aggressively fought for me every step of the way. With a huge credit to his experience, resources, savviness, expertise, and keen knowledge of the law, the jury acquitted me of all counts. Shep and his team are responsive, courteous, and listen intently. They have the ability to hear complex matters of the family and use wisdom to work out the best situation. I am pleased he is available on the phone, he is very communicative in all aspects of the case. He is a very positive person and his happy demeanor takes some of the stress off the situation. He has all of his papers in order and any meeting he or one of his staff is on timeâ€.
Great Juvenile Lawyer
Shep Zebberman worked for eight years as a Juvenile Court referee for Los Angeles County. For those that do not know what a referee is, it is just like a judge but instead of being appointed by the Governor, you are selected by other Superior Court Judges. You were the black robe and decide cases just the same. This work has given him an in depth understanding of how the Juvenile Court system works.
Mr. Zebberman is not only a star in his field but he also had what it took to make me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. I recommend Mr. Zebberman!
One Of a Kind
During my long carrier as a business owners and a CEO, I met many, and paid for many lawyers!!!! And I must admit that the bad rep lawyers get is justified… But there is an exception to that rule.. And that is Shep!!!!
Just from top to bottom first as a human being, second as a lawyer, third as a professional!
There are not enough words to describe, how I feel about his services, but when ever there is a legal issue for me, family or friends he will be always my first phone call!
I recommend him with all my heart!
